Jess is the WSB CARES Social Emotional Development Specialist and is a Licensed Professional Counselor trained in a) early intervention with Deaf and Hard of Hearing Infants, Toddlers, and their Families (through Gallaudet University), b) Infant, Early Childhood, and Family Mental Health (through UW-Madison), and c) trauma-informed care and trauma therapy, including EMDR therapy.
